Create Member Area with individual profile logins

My website is built using Umbraco (we have 6.1.6 installed). It a staff login area which has one username and password for all staff to use (currently 250 members of staff). I would like each member of staff to have their own login credentials. so there would be a series of 'shared' information pages for all profiles, but each person would also have their own profile page which would contain their training credentials, employment status, working availability and their pdf roster. Now the roster would come from a rostering program which can email en mass. i would like to be able to send each individual roster to the relevant employee profile/login page. we have a reasonable turnover of staff so for each new member it would need to be easy to create new profile pages, so a template would need to be created which would allow me to set-up new staff quickly, enabling me to post their rosters online. This does not need to be a fancy slick layout, something basic is fine with basic data entry boxes, editable on umbraco per profile. There must be a basic template in existance which will cover most of this. The basics are: I would like individual login profiles per user, each newly created profile would have access to shared files e.g general employee information such as news, but would also have their own profile page with access to a roster, perhaps in an inbox which can be updated via email.
