Create/Modify a Wordpress Template/

I am creating a new website, which will use Wordpress as a platform. Domain name and hosting is already sorted. Please see the two attached images for a guide of what I would like and see notes below: ---- Main Page - Space for Adsense - One main article with image - At least 3 sub articles with smaller image (with the ability to modify amount) - Links to other sections as shown (What to Wear, How to Ride, etc) - Disqus plugin that links to current topics on the site ---- Content Page - Large image at top - Content, with ability to include Youtube videos and images - in fact, any HTML content as wished - Space for Adsense - Ability to include widgets/plugin for ebay/amazon referrel - Ability to have content spread over multiple pages - Disqus plugin for each content page Website is to look as I have presented in attached images, though any feedback of modification is more than welcome. I do not mind what Wordpress template is used, as long as it is flexible and can do as I have requested above. Also want ability to automatically update Facebook with all content posts, and please make site optimized for Google.
