Create a PHP interface to manage and pick OpenCart orders externally using current MySQL database

We require a simple external user interface to manage orders from our existing OpenCart installation. The system should work independently of OpenCart but work using OpenCart's existing MySQL database so that changes made using this system will update our current OpenCart database. The system should have 2 pages: Page 1 (see Picture 1): This page should be the main user interface. This page will include a table with all orders that have the order status "Pending" in our database. It should include basic order and customer information. Each row should have a button to print an invoice and a separate button to view the order on Page 2. Page 2 (see Picture 2) This page should display the selected order (from page 1) with more detail. This page should include the same information as Page 1 at the top, but also display the full order in a table. This page will be used to verify the order is correctly picked from our warehouse. Each item from the order should be displayed in an individual row and include the barcode from our database. The table must include a column called "Picked" that is unrelated to OpenCart. By default this column will have the value "No" with a red background. There should be a entry box at the bottom of the page which can be used with a barcode scanner or manually keyed to verify the order is correct. When a matching item is scanned or manually keyed in to this box it should change the items "Picked" status to Yes with a green background. If the item does not match up it should display an alert and the "Picked" status should remain as No. This page should also include a drop down box that will allow us to change the shipping status and also add a tracking number to the relevant column in the database. The user should be able to scan or manually enter barcodes in any random order. All the data required for these pages is already stored in a MySQL database.
