Creating a panel to add products to our website catalog

Hello, I am working on a website and the client asks for a panel to add products by himself to the product pages. He wants to choose a photo from his computer, fill the required fields and a new product page would be added to his website catalog automatically. Also its thumbnail would be added to the related product page. Here is the sample product page; [login to view URL] I also added a screenshot with notes. The fields are: 1. Photo 2. Product name 3. Product code 4. Info 5. When we click the click for bigger photo text it will pop-up big photo on same page. 6. Top categories part needs to be clickable and it will show where we are, you know, classic :) On panel he should be able to choose sub categories under each category. I will create sub category product pages before you start. I have no choice of php, html or any other solutions, please advice. Please ask me any questions if I don't make it clear. Thanks,
