Customize A Wordpress Theme - Job #2

I have an existing wordpress blog with a custom theme that does a decent job in terms of functionality and admin features I need, but the developer has done a bad job overall on the frontend (ridiculously high load time, bad implementation of several features etc.). I also use some paid plugins (event manager, nextgen gallery, garvity forms). To fix this, I've purchased a custom theme that broadly matches my requirements in terms of design but will need customization on widgets, taxonomy, theme options and some bug fixing. I will also need help with migrating all the content from the old theme to the new theme (thumbnails may need to be resized, some URL rewrites may need to be implemented etc.) I'm still working out the detailed specs which will be shared before the project begins, but there are parts I need inputs from an experienced developer before I can start on this. I insist on clean, fast loading code and will not accept sub-standard delivery. The job is quite simple but you need to be responsive in your service, a wordpress pro, maintain high quality and respect that I have timelines to meet (maybe you don't). Looking for a developer who can quote me a fair price and I can work with long term as I work on multiple wordpress projects. If you can communicate regularly, fix minor bugs in hours not days and have a decent sense of how a good website works, let's discuss the job.
