Community Script needs fixing

I have a community script I use named E-Friends. It has a few bugs I need help working out. There is a problem with uploading photos.? Some members can upload a photo and some cant.? When they upload a photo they get a blank box with a red x in it. The Forum function is not working for some reason Want to intergrate my chatroom script so members once logged in dont have to log in to the? chatroom. I want non members to be able to log into the? same chatroom and chat for a set amount of time. (3) minutes then they have to log in again.? My chatroom script is able to be intergrated with my community script.? I want members to be able to see their buddies that are online. There is a "members currently online" feature on the homepage that is not accurate this is an easy fix. I made new pages that take the users outside the community need to figure out how to keep users inside the community as they browse the website or chat once logged in. Members are supposed to be able to? post events and sell tickets to the event using paypal ? from the community script.
