Cryptate HTML using VB and Decrypt using Javascript

I'm in urgent need of these two functions: VB6: A function that cryptate a HTML page Javascript: A function that decrypt the above string back to HTML. This script should run direct when the page is loaded. The Javascript should probably use some kind of "random key" making each generation unique and hard to break/decode. Since it will be the VB6 routine that cryptate the HTML, it should also generate the "random key" that will be used by the Javascript to decrypt. I need this done VERY quickly, within a day or two if possible and it's important the functions are effective and FAST, especially the Javascript!
