A team of programers need it!

I need a team of at MOST 3-4 people that would successfully execute 2 ideas that I have. Please note that for all the projects I retain full copyrights rights! The projects involve Java,Java script,MySql,Flash and web design. You will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement, before starting any work. Payment would be via PAYPAL only, on a week by week basis. I expect the duration of the work to be around 2 month. Please bid for your monthly rate! I expect at least 5 hours/day of the group’s time to be dedicated to those projects exclusively! Very good english communication skills required, as well as email availability during Pacific Standard Time hours! If you don't have any feedback on GAF, please provide at least 3 references that can be checked quickly.
