AJAX 2 Edit Grids PHP/JS

I need two ajax type forms produced to allow users to edit two tabls. The tables are defined in the excel file attached. Server side code should be PHP. DB can be MySQL. There must be documentation supplied to allow other developers to modify or extend the code. Any questions please ask. (Sometimes I am away for 24-48 hours). 1. The tables should be displayed within a grid. 2. The grid styling should be easily changeable. 3. The grid will behave like excel. When a user clicks on an item he can edit the item in situ. The transition from display to edit mode should be transparent, i.e. no obvious redraws or resizing. 4. Some items will be drop down lists, populated from tables. Clicking one will drop down the list. 5. Each column may be resized (like in excel). 6. The use can sort the grid by clicking on the column title. Clicking again will reverse the sort order. The column title will have a small arrow up or down next to it to show the sort ordering. 7. Layout changes ([4], [5]) will be remembered separately for each user. The username will be in the session. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform server: php5 client: IE or firefox Javascript
