Add some functions in existing PHP script

I am looking for somebody who can be able to create a small script in PHP and integrate it completely in my existing website. So i have many images to be added on a folder, and i want that the script will: - Automatically generate a thumbnails for each image. - Extract the Name for each image, and use this Name as a new variable in two php file. I think that will be an easy work for an expert on PHP.
