Admin panel finalizing

We are currently looking for someone to work with us to complete our admin panel for web hosting services. The panel is 90% complete and areas that need to be finalized are: 1) Design - Current design needs to be changed as it was used in beta stages of development. Now we need to put up new design in order to make the application as user firendly as possible. Some AJAX work is planed. 2) APIs There are scripts developed that are doing automatic registration & renewal of domain names. This needs to be checked and some changes are needed in billing relation with these registrations. 3) CRON scripts There are cron scripts for renewal management. These scripts need minor updates. 4) Reports There are mysql tables that are recording information about sales. We need a script that will create reports from this data. Reports should be in PDF and they shoudl be created on dayly/weekly and monthly basis. Also, reporting for costs is requiered. Database structure is prepared for this as well as data flow, we need scripts to collect data and script to create report. This is short description of what needs to be done.
