Affiliate Site from Database Info

I have a MYSQL database filled with records, each record represents has approximetly 10 columns. I want to build a website site that will read the information from my database and display it in a manner like this (see link) [login to view URL] Once the user clicks the "Buy" button, they will leave the site via a affiliate link, so no need to shopping carts or checkout systems, etc. It really just an site with a bunch of affiliate links. All the information you need are stored in this database, including Cuisine type, Restaurant name, Discount amount, address, description, image, etc. All you have to do is fetch this information and display it similar to the site listed above. Here is the screenshot of the phpMyAdmin database with some records visible. The table has more records for too big for image. [login to view URL] I want the site to look similar but not identical, it must basic functionality like searching and sorting.
