CPA Integrated Link Shortener

This is a very straight forward project. I require a website that behaves in a simular as [login to view URL] Please take a minute to familiarize yourself with its features. Looks are not important in this project. We will design the look and feel of the website ourselves. The system will integrate with the [login to view URL] API which will allow us to content lock our members shortened URLs and split the profits made from traffic to their URLs with them at a ratio we set. If you wish you may use a URL shortener script to start as a base and then incorporate the CPA API integration. As there are many scripts that already do 80% of what we want we do expect bids to reflect that.
