Car ads website(repost)

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THIS PROJECT NOT WHAT YOU HAVE DONE OTHERWISE PLEASE DONNOT BID.** PLEASE READ THE WHOLE DETAILED DESCRIPTION AND DONNOT WASTE MY OR YOUR TIME. I need a website. It is an auto car ads website. It will have a complete database for all the ads. It will require a user sign in/sign up page and form. It should also have forums. Basically a kind-off a clone of the a site but with some edits. Please check the attached files for a better idea of what i exactly want. If you have any questions please ask me. I want you to be sure that you completely understand the project. Let me know your bid so we can start working together. Please use the word 'study' so i know you have read the complete description. ## Deliverables The site needs to have a user signup page. Every user that has signed up must be able to post a ad or post on the forums. If a person doesnot have a username and places a ad he should be taken but prompted that he needs to signup first. There should be a form (to be copied exactly from another site) for the signup/signin and ads placement. The users will have to signin everytime he wants to post on the forums or place an ad. To place an ad the user will have to fill in a form in the site. The form will be copied from another site. I will tell you later. There should also be an expiry date for the ads. There should be a date/clock on the homepage of the site. The users should be allowed to paste links and pictures on the forums. Every ad should be verified by an admin so he can verify and put it on the site for all the users to see. The admin should easily put it on the site for the viewers to see. It should be a very simple process for the admin. The username/password database should be secure and should have an encryption. The search option should be exactly like it is in the site. [login to view URL] You will have to teach me. I want the ads to be placed. I want to change the ads on the top and sides easily. I dont know any coding. How will i do that? What do you recommend as i donnot know any coding? The featured ads will also need to changed every now and then. I want the featured ads to be exactly similar to pakwheels.com. They will include the pictures, photos, price, make and model for the car. How will i change the featured ads from the homepage as i donnot know any coding? What do you recommend? I want the featured ads to be shown in the search results as well, ofcourse. Is it possible that if a person places an ad and wants to feature it and contacts the admin of the site the admin can just have a tick box or something like that (in the backend) to bring that ad on the featured list. Which forums will you use? PhpBB or some other ones? You will need 3 forms. One for signup, the second for sign in and third for ad placements. I will show you how the forms are on a specific site. I want the forms to be exactly the same. I will need a password recovery page as welll. I might need 2 - 3 extra pages in the site. I am having a survey nowadays and the pages depend on the results of the survey. I might need 2 - 3 extra pages in the site during the course of the project. What will you need from me? Any files, pages or softwares? Please let me know now as i will not be able to provide them later on. I want you to tell me what language you recommend for this site? What code or language will you use to develop the site? Is it php, flash, html or some other? Similarly, what code or language will you use to develop the database of users and ads? Will the database be in MySql or some other language/code? Thirdly, will you put on any encryption? On what things? Plus, what kind of encryptions? What will you do for the ads/featured ads part so i can change it easily, anytime? Please also check the attached files.
