Changes and add features to website

Hi, all Website: [login to view URL] We have a e-commerce website that needs to have some of the things change around and add more features to it. This website is all built by open sources PHP coding according to the person who build this website. All new features needs to be able to manged in the back ends. I have already made a rough design of what the changes would look like which will give you an idea of what i want. Below are a brief of things that needs to be changed and added to the website. 1. Add a rotating flash on top of the home page that's able to add 5 photos and each photo can be linked to an category. 2. Add a image that can be linked to an product. This will be located on the right hand side of the rotating flash. 3. Add a Daily deals function on the home page, that will display 4 daily deal products with a 24hour timer, also it will display how much people saves on each product. 4. Add bottom page content management. Also needs to be able to add new pages. Currently we can't manage the bottom page content at the back end. 5. Change the categories to drop-down menu. 6. Rearrange the contents in the products page. Such as, make the products title bold, "add to chart" at the top, "product code" in one line, "product descriptions" below the "add to cart". 7. Add a flash side banner on the left hand side of the products page, that's able to select 4 products in rotation. When you click on it it will lead to the product. 8. The image link created in task 4 needs to display on the left hand side products page. 9. Add shipping cost display on the shopping chart. Also subtotal. 10. Change how the shipping cost are charged. Currently shipping cost in each product adds up and if total cost of product reached $200 shipping cost will be waived. I would like the shipping cost to be: say if someone bought 4 items: iphone case Shipping cost $3 Jacket Shipping cost $15 earphone Shipping cost $2 t shirt Shipping cost $5 Total shipping cost $20. the 2 items with the highest shipping will be charged in full and the rest is free or if it reached $200 all shipping cost will be waived.
