ClipShare PHP Site Fixes

I have a Clipshare site and I need a developer I can pay to make fixes to the site. I will pay you in 100.00 deposits. Each time you work through the cash, I'll deposit more. Here is a list of some of the items I want to change / add: 1) Remove the "Click to Activate" for my site flash player 2) Speed Up loading time of homepage, may need to remove "who's onli ne feature" 3) Change ClipShare to allow 200meg uploads, and 2hour max videos 4) In ClipShare Admin, when you rollover the videos titles, I would like to see a preview of the 3 thumbs for that video. I have several more fixs that are like the ones above.... I'm ready to get started!
