Community Style Website

This is a community website project. I need the following functionality: --members create profiles (upload pictures, videos, personal information) --members have their own blog (ability to embed photos and videos) --members can search other members’ profiles --members can view other members’ content posts --multiple forums for members to communicate --ability for members to rate other members --most popular members listed on home page --payment method (select premium content will cost money to view) --design of the website --overall admin page for administering site and managing member data base (blocking and deleting members, approving all posts, send mass emails, etc.) Basically, I need a site that has the functionality of facethejury.com. Please visit that site to get an idea of what I’m looking for. The bid should include development, deployment, and testing. The selected service provider will have on-going work from me maintaining the site and doing further work as it develops.
