Convert longitude / latitude to x,y on custom map in javascript

We are looking for a solution to convert longitude / latitude to x,y ??" points on a custom png-map. Please take a look at the attached example. We would like you to fix the translate function in the [login to view URL], so the pins are positioned correctly. We think, it has something to do with map-projection, but we are not sure. ## Deliverables Please take a look at the attached example. We would like you to fix the translate function in the [login to view URL], so the pins are positioned correctly (exactly as they would show in google maps): the coordinates are from google maps and the custom map provided in the attachment has the same proportions as in google maps. Please do not add / substract some numbers by guessing. You need to understand what to do to translate the coordinates correctly.
