Create PHP application for thermometer

I need a quick little PHP page made. It need's to be a self contained single page app. It has to have some jQuery I think, but not sure if it will need it or not. Basically the app has a thermometer on the left hand side. The more people click like or share on FB (which you can get freely from graph API without integrating with FB) the hotter the thermometer gets. There is a max hotness the thermometer can have, that need's to be a variable to the amount of like's. The hotter it gets the more of this big picture it shows on the right. So there is a thermometer on the left and a big picture on the right. The picture start's showing very little, then as more people click like or share the more of the picture show's and the hotter the thermometer gets, until finally showing the whole picture and being it's hottest. Please estimate how long this will take in your bid.
