DIV Problem open close div script error html php code

I have a <div></div> problem that I have been unable to resolve, I say this is the problem but it may be another coding issue. I have now wasted enough time on this so am going to put it out to you guys who are far cleverer than me and can probably resolve it seconds. The screenshots show you the problem, I have an open/close script that shows a <div> but there are other div's in the page that are not functioning correctly. I can provide you with the code html/php to rectify the problem and need you to clearly mark the code with the rectifications so I can see what the problem was. I need a rapid turnaround on this, I would like this resolved today, if you cannot rectify the problem today please do not bid. Any questions, please ask. I also do not want to pay $30 for this, so PLEASE bid low!!
