Dating website

I try to make this short. Have a fully designed static dating site which, originally, I planned to do in Python. Now, after 2 years and having had dozens of expert professionals sucking my money, I still have nothing except 2 software licenses, [1] VLDPesonals and [2] Dating script (Vlad's new attempt in building a - any script). In short - I still try to find "just ONE", who can do more than asking money upfront and deliver nothing but excuses. Only the one I am talking about will be offended by my project post. Another, who believes he/she is not like them, will maybe place his bid for choosing any software, I don't care, and to; a - integrate my design and b - alter existing or build new functionality to meet my site structure/functionality. If anyone is interested in a short term or long term cooperation, welcome to place your bid and ask for more details. Let's take one step at a time. Although I chose a fixed price project type, I am open to other suggestions and/or cooperation levels. There is something for everyone in it.
