Blog type Website needs Image Editing

Hi, I was looking for someone to edit a few things on my Micro-blog type Website <a href="[login to view URL]">[login to view URL]</a> 1.) The Images on the Post- I would like for the images to be bigger than 69 x69. The users need to be able to clearly see what the image is. The thumbnail like what you see on the website is too small. I don't want them so big that it slows the website way down either. I tried to get the last Outsource workers to do this but they couldn't make it happen.
