This mobile web app (MWA) (with responsive design) will facilitate cheaper travel for our users. It will get people to enter their 'interests' and with this information it will match them with others all over the world in terms of number of shared interests. For example, Tony might want to travel to canada. He may share 8/10 interests with Shaun (80% compatibility). Tony can then request to chat with Shaun and they can strike a deal so that tony can stay at Shauns house on terms favourable to Shaun and Tony. Tony saves money and gets an authentic experience, Shaun get money or other benefits (labour etc). The MWA must have responsive design and be apple to be used on Android, iPhone, tablets and Desktops. The client is not a programmer but knows that they want someone with EXTENSIVE HTML5, Javascript, CSS3, UX experience for both the front and backend development. The 'backend' powering the webapp must also employ an API for a future native app. This will mean that the native app will really only need to be an interface to interact with an already existing and perfectly functioning backend. there needs to be allowance for the MWA to be expressed in different laguages as well (English, Kantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, German). Although the client is not well versed in programming they are happy to provide mockups with accompanying 'user stories'. The right freelancer can count on being paid and further developing their skills in HTML 5 coding and integration. The client is happy to skype with all applicants

Do you want Web Application but it has to be responsive (Mobile friendly) or you want Mobile Website? I believe you are asking for a Web Application but responsive design. Dear Sir/ Madam, I have read your description and as per my understanding the complex part of the project is the communication ( chat ) between 2 people. Our company have developed such module recently this is how it works. we have created a chat table in database and store the each request and response by users against the receiver and responder ID s. and in both users browsers we submit a request every 5 seconds to refresh the interface. so the messages submitted by other users gets by the other users within 5second of submission. For responsive part we can either use bootstrap or Foundation frameworks and this can make responsive on every device without a problem. in large desktops the chat will be a widget in right bottom and for mobiles we going to create chat as whole screen component. this is the major different between 2 chat windows via responsive vise We are going to use codeignitor framework to develop this project ( so it can make it better structure and MVC ) and all will be custom coding. The front end is generally ajax based angular.js app. Here are few questions: 1. Can you describe the user flow in bit more detail? 2. What are interest really? Do users select their interest from a list? 3. Do you have hosting? We recommend cloud hosting.
