DESIGN7 Website Mobile Optimizing

We have built "[login to view URL]" with wordpress theme(Fringe Tech Pro) and optimizing it with mobile(like iphone, android phone) and iPad now with WP-touch pro. But there are some problems on getting the categories into WP Touch Pro menu. We want to do below things. 1. Add "Showcases" menu on admin page like Portfolios and Blogs on template framework (this is based on Fringe Tech - [login to view URL] & please check attached file) 2. Make above 3 menu (Blogs, Portfolios, and Showcase) to show on iPhone and iPad with WP-Touch Pro. Fringe Tech make another categories to show blogs and portfolios page with their layout. But these categories aren't regognised on WP-Mobile Pro and any other mobile wordpress theme. We want to show blogs, portfolios, and portfolios same as clients see on desktop browsers.
