Create a DB and PHP insert script

Part I Using the attached CSV file, create a MySQL database table using correct data types for each column. Part II Create a PHP script (to be run via cron job nightly) to drop all data from the above table then insert new data from the nightly CSV file (similar to the attached but will be 30 to 40 MB in size) ** The table structure for the nightly CSV file will remain the same each night.
