Basic Newsletter Sign-Up Integration with Email Service

This project is the basic integration of 7 newsletter sign-up forms and 3 contact forms with an email marketing service called iContact. There are two main parts to this integration. 1) You will be required to "connect" the first name and email text input boxes on our website to our email marketing service, iContact. You can see a sample form at: [login to view URL] Just scroll down the page and the newsletter section is on the right hand side. 7 forms on 7 different pages will need to be integrated. 2) There are 3 additional contact forms that feed data to our salesforce database. When the user clicks the form submission button, I need the first name and email fields to to populate our iContact list in addition to our saleforce list (which is already set-up and functioning perfectly). Instructions for these 3 pages are attached. This should be a basic project for someone who has done web-to-lead integration in the past.
