Basic iPhone Travel Application

I require a basic iPhone travel application - this will comprise of a database of information about a specific destination - including approximately 200 words of text, 1 photograph and a Google Maps link/embed that will enable users to locate the points of interest. We will also require links to email addresses and telephone numbers. This application is a guide to the top 50 things to do in a given city. It will allow users to download the application to their phone and access information on a regular basis while on vacation. Applicants should have experience with the iPhone SDK and will ideally have applications in-store to demonstrate their ability to comply with App Store regulations. This application should be replicable to allow for some expansion of our service.
