Build site that uses API for data

i own a web design firm and we need to build a web based interface for a small law firm in the US. They use a web based application seen here; [login to view URL] (remove XXXXXXX) it is case management software. The software allows the law firm to keep track of legal cases by tracking phone calls, letters, emails. They want us to build a web based interface that will allow the law firm clients to get updates or status reports when they log into a separate website. this new site will gather data via an API supplied by [login to view URL] and write it to a website with a simple to understand user interface. i am attaching an example of a simple user interface that would suffice although the colors may change to match an existing site. ## Deliverables Their business involves representing condo associations. They have two types of clients that will need to access the website. Single associations or individuals and management companies. The only difference is that management companies have multiple associations. So in the case of condo associations they would only see their status updates whereas the management companies would see a number of status updates for each of the condo associations they manage. We believe we can do this with minimal changes using the existing goclio application. The goclio application allows for each legal case matter to have a client associated with it. In some cases the client will be an individual, in some cases the client may be a condo association and in other cases it may be the management company that represents multiple condo associations. We expect to be able to use the API provided by goclio to pull the needed field data into a separate website. Individuals and single condo associations will see their own case updates. whereas management companies we see the case updates of each condo associations they represent. i am attaching pictures of a system used by another law firm. We want something very similar as far as functionality. here are some other things to consider; 1 - the site probably should be secure 2 - they have an existing informational website running on a php server that hosts their existing website which is a joomla site.
