Closing down a web site and opening it at another site

1.I currently have a site [login to view URL] all the content for this site has been transferred to Http://womensgolfcenter.socialgo.com. I need some technical help to shut the first site down - currently hosted with Bluehost and have the new site then just be [login to view URL] 2. I have affiliate arrangements with about 6 merchants and I would like some help - possibly placing the merchant adds on the site or teaching me how to do it for these merchants. Also how and where can I add Adsense to the site. 3. Under News on the site I would like a constant stream of RRS feeds and I need some help with this.
