Complete Website Re-design, adding user accesibility

Integrate the Technical Forum( Future option) into new design. 4. Objective/Scope: Create a secure online collaboration area for EPC Committee & Sub-Committee members only. 1. Features: 1. Only authorized members will be able to register and login to the secure area. 2. Ability to post meeting agendas, meeting notes, action item list, etc… 3. Ability to receive an alert when new document is posted within sub-committee or EPC committee. 4. Webmaster will support populating past EPC Committee & Sub Committee meeting notes, survey results, By-Laws, Amendments etc… 5. Separate collaboration areas will be created for EPC committee and each sub-committee with implemented access rules. Example: EPC Committee member will be able to view all sub-committee areas whereas sub-committee member can only view area of the sub-committee. Additional features to be defined by Programming experts **This website will be very intensive in demands from me and will require DAILY communication and quick response to my questions. Please do not submit a bid unless you are willing to handle criticism and are willing to re-work things until I am satisfied.
