Correct 2 small pieces of HTML code

Hi, I need someone experienced in html/css to; 1. Put a box round text and image which I have already placed in the page. Please see attached code and demo 1 image of what I am looking for. 2. Also to set youtube video and bullet pointed text next to each other. At the moment I've managed to get them one on top of the other. See attached demo image 2 to get an idea of what I need. I have attached a zip file with the html page, some graphics and the css. I don't believe it is hard to do if you know what you are doing but please check out the zip file before you bid.
