Custom Form Creation in Joomla 1.5

I need a programmer to integrate 2 custom order forms into a Joomla 1.5 based website. The forms I need created will allow our users to configure various types of audio cables, and allow them to place an order and pay for their it through PayPal. I can provide the coder with an online example of exactly what I need done, and I wouldn't imagine this project taking longer than a day or two at most. Please respond with a timeline for completion, and any example of previous work.
