Deploy a multilingual e-commerce solution(repost)

Hello, i need to setup a multilingual e-commerce solution including installation, theme/template deployment, initial configuration of shop and paypal integration. ## Deliverables The solution should have: * Multilingual support (not on-the-fly online translation), administrator should have a way to enter the following content in different languages: * Product details (name, description) * Product categories (category name, description - if has one) * Menus * Static content (articles, contact page, about, etc.) * Multilingual frontend (i.e. user should be able to switch to Russian frontend, and once switched - all product description should be in Russian) * RTL support (Arabic, Hebrew) * Affiliate support * For each affiliate, get a report which user was registered through it's link * For each affiliate, get a report what products has been bought through it's link * Paypal checkout * Shipping calculation based on location Worker is free to select either free or commercial components (template, eCommerce platform, affiliate component) for this solution, any additional cost for commercial components should be included in the bid. frontend theme/template should be similar to <[login to view URL]> Note that a previous worker we hired failed to get the multi-lingual support to work on Joomla 1.6/1.5.
