B2B OScommerce shopping cart store.

I am looking for a coder who specializes in setting up and programing OScommerce online shopping cart stores. ? The store design can be a predesigned template with light neutral colors or light earthy colors. ? This is a B2B (business 2 business) website that offers products only to wholesale customers. ? I'd like for the customers to be able to view the shopping cart/database of products. ? To be able to see our inventory of available items to see if they are interested in doing business with us. If the customer wishes to move forward with the buying process I'd like for them to be redirected to a form that must be filled out asking for some generic information that creates an account with the website. ? Then the customer can log in and view the products and have the ability to see prices and order products once logged in.
