Ad tracking script modifications

Need several modifications and fixes to an existing php/mysql ad tracking service website. ## Deliverables Need several modifications and fixes to an existing php/mysql ad tracking membership service website. Things such as: *Current purchases are not processed correctly. I have to manually edit a field in mysql after a member joins/pays. *Current membership system has no support for any type of membership expiration. For example, if member purchases a 3 month upgrade, script needs to deactivate membership after 3 months and send email reminder to member and admin *current tracking urls need to be shortened if possible. current urls have http://domain dot com/m/[login to view URL] format...would like it shortened, while still allowing existing tracking links to function. *members area needs a LOT of work, but all easy things. mostly aesthetics and presentation work...varations in the way the ad statistics are displayed to make the stats more useful and easier to understand. I realize this leaves a lot open to interpretation, but I'm confident anyone who is really qualified for this will have absolutely no problem understanding what I need done with the actual stats collection and presentation. Willing to exclude this part from this particular job and add as a RAC 'special bonus' job or whatever if the first works out.
