BANNER ADVERTISEMENT SCRIPT needed

SIMPLE JOB! 1. I need a quality banner script installed on one of my sites at a very affordable price! The site it would go on is [login to view URL] which is under construction and in BETA right now. The person who finds the best looking script at the best price will get the job. 2. I want to earn some residual income from allowing some of the major players advertise on our site such as godaddy, google ads, yahoo, or other who pays to let them post their paid advertisements on other peoples sites. I need assistance on how to setup some of these extra income accounts as I will allow their ads to be listed on this site. Clean installation of both so that they rotate through all pages throughout the site of [login to view URL] is what I'm looking for. There are currently some banners on the existing live script but there are no controls on these. They are just there as an example of what I'm looking to have added to my site but I need a clean script that would blend nicely like these to look like part of the site by using the same color theme and positioning. I want full analytical access to see how many views vs. click throughs, etc and reporting made available to paying advertisers. TERMS: I'm a project manager and work a lot here in outsourcing and our terms are simply. No milestone up front, the agreed amount will be put into Freelancer escrow before you start and will be released in full after the job is complete as described here in this job description without delay.
