change site to wordpress

I need a website all transfered to wordpress, the site includes a guest book that has to be transferd to another guestbook as Viper is no longer supported. Use free plugin and transfer all current data. The SMF forum transfered there seems to be a problem with the content of the data base that has to be repaired and re-setup Gallery I want a new gallery setup that incoperates all the current photos from both galleries (no duplicates) use free plugin all other content moved over to word press this will be just copy and paste. Simple theme to match the current colours of the present site it should be 2 coloum and support widgets.
