Adobe Air Video Spinner

Project Description: I'm looking for a simple piece of software that will work like an Article spinner. *Example "The Best Spinner"*. But instead, video clips will be used. It needs to run on a PC and if possible Mac. The software will use video files within a Source Folder and spin them into 1 Video. The user will define how many videos to use at random within the source folder and how many unique videos to produce in the Destination Folder. The software needs to be able to accept all the common formats of video files. ex. - .MP4, .AVI, .MOV etc...... All the video formats will be the same going in the source folder. and the output videos will be the same as the format that was used to make the videos. It will still support all the different video formats available. Example process - I have 20 Short video clips varying in length. I would like to produce 5 Videos using any 10, picked randomly of the short video clips within the 20 files in the Source Folder. Therefore creating 5 completely unique videos. Also, if something similar to "video-spin-blaster" but in the adobe air platform. IN ORDER TO HAVE YOUR BID REVIEWED YOU MUST PUT "PURPLE RHINO VIDEO SPINNER PROJECT" IN THE SUBJECT OF ALL COMMUNICATIONS. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS WILL HAVE YOU DISQUALIFIED IMMEDIATELY FROM CONSIDERATION. ORDER OF OPERATIONS: 1.) take an unlimited amount of video clips for the Source Folder. *** All of these videos have to be in the same video format*** 2.) Select an amount of videos to use from the Source folder. *example. Use 8 videos out of a possible 12 videos in the source folder. *3.) Select a Destination Folder for the "SPUN" videos 4.) Select how many videos you want made. *example. 10 videos in the Destination Folder * 5.) Press "SPIN" **The resulting videos will be in the same format that was used from the source folder. The outcome of this whole process would result in 10 unique videos made from the initial 12 video clips. Each of them will include 8 randomly selected videos, in random order, all joined/combined into 1 video. Final output is 10 unique videos made from the 12 video clips, each of them containing 8 video clips.
