Amazon-Ebay query - open to bidding

I need an PHP application that is Windows 7 64-bit compatible to query Amazon and Ebay using a) an Excel table of product “title keywords” to return valid ASIN and ISBN for those products, and b) ASIN/ISBN directly to lookup other Amazon data: product names, visible images thumbnails (if possible), number of sellers per category, minimal price for each available condition (e.g. for new, used-like new, used-good, used-good, used-accetable). If there are no ASINs available for a specific product, it must be indicated. From EBay, I need product name, minimal and maximum “buy it now” price for each codnition, minimal and maximum “sold” price. For Amazon, the application should be able to handle products that return multiple duplicate answers for ASIN's (one Title Keyword = 10 ASINS, for example) with the user’s ability to select the desired number of ASIN’s prior to search ([login to view URL] to ten). Ebay data for these data rows can be duplicated. The outcome product database is in Excel format.
