Amazon UPC/Asin Bulk Lookup Tool

I need an application that is Windows 7 64-bit compatible to query Amazon MWS with a bulk list of UPC's to find valid ASINs and return valid ASIN, sales rank and price with shipping. The application should efficiently handle 50,000 UPC's at a time and produce results that can be imported into Excel for further processing. The application should be able to handle items that return duplicate answers for ASIN's (1 upc, 3 ASINS, for example). Each of the duplicates should show on it's own row.
