Auction Website Programmer Needed.... PHP

**Please don't bid on this job unless you know PHP.. I need a programmer to ajust code in my auction script. I need you to be able to create bid packs or credits to list items.. Example - For a seller to list an item he needs to buy one of my bid packs. 1 credit = 1 item listed.. The bid packs have different amounts you can purchase and there is a cap on certain items over $500.00. Meaning you have to purchase a level 2 credit. There are two different levels, 1 and 2. Level 1 is any item under $500.00 Level 2 is item over $500.00, Both require different bid packs or credits.. Again please dont bid unless you understand.**
