Here is what I need: I need a simple radius server developed that will host multiple hotels for their wifi authentication. Our new APs and controller will allow us to pass the authentication off to externally hosted radius server. We are currently using a RouterOS setup at each hotel. I want to remove the routeros/mikrotiks and replace with simple router, then have the captive portal and hotspot authentication handled by externally hosted radius server.

Hello, I will be happy to help you setup a Radius server that will authenticate the wifi. I recommend that you keep the microtiks instead of replacing them with cheaper soho routers because you already have the hardware. Sticking with the microtiks will make it much easier to keep up with software updates you won't run into any issues with product cross-compatibility that changes from vendor to vendor with the cheaper routers. You'll have far fewer headaches with the microtik products and the new Radius server setup. Let me know your thoughts and have a great day.
