Craigslist Posting Software

Hello Gents, I have a client that has several software requests....I'm posting this project to get information concerning the cost, if its even doable and the time frame in which it will take to complete. ***If you do not understand Craigslist and how to get around auto posting road blocks then PLEASE don't waste my time or yours.*** So to get around the members that use auto responders for open projects, please include the word CLP1 before your response to this project. What my client needs (if possible) is a all in one CL program that can generate Geo targeted PVAs, title and description spinner, manage mass postings to said accounts, easy user interface and all while staying under the radar for flagging. I'm sure I've left out several operations that need to take place in order for this to actually work so if you know what your doing you'll be able to explain all that's needed and weather or not it's even attainable.
