Create back end website that pulls data from shopify website -- Requires RUBY programming

I would like you to modify my shopify theme using Ruby script by enabling the following: Project Summary: Create a backdoor login for sales reps and to track sales commissions Each Sales rep will be assigned a unique discount code When someone uses the sales reps discount code to buy something for example David 232, the customer gets 15% off and David gets $5 deposited into his account for each sale as a commission. David the salesrep should be able to have salesrep login account to check the amount of sales commission he has earned and this information should be updated in real time. Whenever someone makes a payment using David\'s code he should get an email alert stating he just earned a sales commission. We should be able to print a payment invoice monthly to pay David. That is it Project Details: 1) Make a backend login similar to the example given in this link: [login to view URL] Use this software as your template and guide and replicate it\'s features. Visit the link above now and get a quick glance of all the menu options as well as the drop down options. 2) Create a Backend sales tracking site for my Shopify ecommerce store. This backend site should track 3 different types of sales: a) Sales by given discount codes b) Sales based on links from social media or blog links c) Manually entered Sales or purchases that were no done through our ecommerce site 3) Admin loggin menus: Once logged in the page should similar to the link above but make the following additions and changes: a) For the admin login the menu bar should have the following choices: SALES - Social Links - REFERRAL - REPORTS - COMMISSION - EMAIL - USERS - SYSTEM 4) For a regular user login the menu bar will have the following choices: SALES - SOCIAL LINKS - REFERRALS - REPORTS 4) For a Sales Rep login the menu bar will have the following choices: SALES - SOCIAL LINKS - REFERRALS - REPORTS *****this information should only be for the sales rep logged in only, not all reps. 5)This is a breakdown of all the menu links and what they will have: Profile picture SALES: - ORDERS - SALES REPRESENTATIVE (this link should show sales based on unique sales codes) The information for Orders and Sales representative tab should be the same as this website: [login to view URL] SOCIAL LINKS: - ORDERS - SALES REPRESENTATIVE (this link should show sales from FACEBOOK LINKS) The information for Orders and Sales representative tab should be the same as this website: [login to view URL] This information will be pulled from a Shopify app that i have installed in my store i will provide you this information later. REFERRALS: - ORDERS - SALES REPRESENTATIVE (this part will be manually entered to enter orders that were conducted in store or person to person. This information will be entered manually to give the sales rep commission for that particular sale) REPORTS -Sales Representative (These reports should be the same as the website i referenced earlier, the only difference is that there will be 3 separate reports for each rep. Online Sales Reports, Social Media Sales Reports, and Referral Sales Reports. COMMISION -This tab should enable the administrator set the Commision rates for all sales Representatives. The commission rate will be based on SKU codes which should be able to bulk loaded into the file as a group. For example, all t-shirts will have a commision rate of $10. I would just have to copy all my t shirt SKU codes and and inport them or paste them into this portion of the site to make that happen. I shouldn\'t have to do it on at a time. - The commission rates should also have a calendar range to select when the commission rates expire. Email - the email section should enable you send email out to all reps for notifications or updates.
