I am looking for someone to make a website tool for me that compares odds between a betting exchange and bookmakers to find arbitrage opportunities within set parameters . I will provide the feeds for the odds from the bookmaker and the exchange and you need to create the tool that scans the odds and makes the calculations. A referenece for the tool I would like is on the following site [login to view URL] half way down called the automatcher tool. A knowledge of arbitrage and matched betting will be an advantage and I will be swayed towards bidders who have an understanding of this already.
