Craigslist Auto Posting Program

Hi, I am looking for a program that can post automatically to craigslist...It should have the ability to post to one category at a time, different cities as well as different sub-categories, etc. I should have the ability to insert HTML into the ads. It should anonymize my emails in the ads. You should be familiar with craigslist for this project. Also, when an ad is posted, a confirmation email is sent, so I will need the software to automatically check the email and 'click' the link, and the "publish" button on that page to activate the ad.
