Create a Twitter Application for Following and Unfollowing(repost)

I need a program written that will follow and unfollow people on Twitter. Please read the additional information below. ## Deliverables This program needs to be designed exactly like Hummingbird ([login to view URL]). You will need to purchase or somehow obtain a copy of the program and become VERY familiar with it. I will need every function Hummingbird uses to be designed for this program. Currently (but not limited to) the functions are: 1. Manage multiple twitter accounts (program will pull account photo, screen name, users following account and number of users the account is following 2. Mass unfollow of everyone 3. Mass follow of everyone 4. Enter list of users to not unfollow 5. Find targeted followers 6. Find users based on a search 7. The search must yield keywords based on a mile range 8. Protect mutual followers 9. Protect Previously unfollowed 10. Protect users with private updates 11. Program will need an "automation" section that a user can input certain parameters and the program will do these actions on a specified time. For example, the user will be able to follow a certain amount of people on a set date. 12. Program will pull "rate" limits that are reported by twitter 13. Program will pull "trends" for current, daily and weekly 14. Program will be able to use proxies for every action I have included some screen shots for ideas of WHAT the program should do, NOT how the program should look. You will be responsible for designing the program to look VERY modern with a lof of icons. I am paying you a lot to create this program up front, so you will be responsible for a 1 year period of technical support if the program needs to be changed or fixed.
