Adult webcam page

I'm looking for a developer that can make an adult webcam page for a client. It's quite basic and straightforward: - The owner should be able to turn on her webcam online and the webcam will stream (preferably after logging in so it's a little secure, can be a simple login proces with a username and password) - The viewer has to pay before he/she is able to view the webcam streaming (no login needed) - The payment itself is not yet chosen, but it should have the function there, for example payment per turn, per minute, per 15 minutes, ... If only one payment option is possible we will choose one option considering the developer's advice - The payment system itself has to be created as well, that takes the viewer after chosen view length (turn, minute,...) to the payment page where he/she can pay with mobile phone call/sms/creditcard - After payment the viewer should be able to view the webcam for the length he/she paid for This project is mainly for a price estimate. If we can find a freelancer that knows they can handle this job and the price is right, I will create an example so you don't have to worry about graphic design or structure and then hire you to develop the script. This is just for 1 webcam girl, no complicated website for multiple girls, registration, ...
