Advanced Wordpress Search Page

I need someone to create a Wordpress advanced search page that can search by the following: Post Title Post Description Post Tags Post Categories and Subcategories Various Meta Tags It should allow both AND and OR type searches and the ability to use double quotes in searches for exactly searches, etc. It will involve radio buttons, drop down menus, etc. The layout would be clean and simple like a google homepage with a bit of styling. The search results returned should use the site's existing wordpress theme, but have a search frame on the top with the same search engine. However, if a user enters the site without going through the advanced search page at all (e.g., just typing the top domain directly), then there won't be a search engine frame displayed. Also, this is for an earlier version of Wordpress.
