Aid in Drupal 7 Learning Management System development

We are developing a learning management system using Drupal 7 and the Quiz set of modules. We have run into a few problems in dealing with the complexities of the project. The existing modules and functionality of Drupal 7 may not be enough to fulfill the requirements of the project and custom modules or custom code may be necessary, which is beyond the current developer's skills. The first problem is dealing with grades for students. Grades with the Drupal 7 Quiz module are attached to quizzes. However, the client wants a group of 6 quizzes to constitute a Chapter, and that Chapter to have an averaged grade. The Drupal 7 version of the Gradebook module is not yet fully ported from Drupal 6, and may not have the functionality we need, so custom code may be required. Also, we are currently using Organic Groups for classes, and need to implement a way to track offline attendance for all students in each class. Some type of spreadsheet form should be generated for each class that a teacher can fill out with attendance information of a 3-month class. There are a couple of issues with question types in the Drupal 7 version of the Quiz module as well. The standard Long Answer question in the Drupal Quiz module cannot be viewed as a node - it creates an error. This needs to be fixed. We also need to create a new question type that would allow students to record their voice as an answer to a question. We would like to create another question type in which students would have to drag words into a correct order to make a grammatically correct sentence. Finally, we would like to modify the Image Target question module so that one can select any graphic to be the image target selection graphic rather than one single image for every target. There may be other small problems that crop up during the final few weeks of the project, which may require additional help.
